if you walk out the gate, there is a vacant lot directlly across the street.   looking towards the ocean, that house would be to the right, across the street from blackbeards just kitty corner from the east corner of blackbeards property.

no i havent, but, it has to be better than blackbeards.  that is a good deal.   u dont have to pay a salida fee for the girls

edit:  the outside is/was very well kept.  i would assume the same for the inside.  also, considering how well kept bb's is, i would assume that would carry over, and then some, to the owners house.

Do you get the whole house by yourself? If so, it's a fantastic deal with all the privileges  same as a BB guest. Sounds like a great time for a big party there.
