  • I will be staying in boca chica next month, and I would like to know hotels, and or apt's that are chica friendly, and on the beach.

Also is "Calle Duarte" or "Av Duarte" where the action is?

    I would appreciate any info

  • Yes Duarte St.is where all the action is. Can`t reccomend any specific hotel because I stayed at TAV (their little resort is literally steps from the beach and Duarte St.

  • If you want to stay on the beach Hotel Zapata is a great choice and chica friendly I was there. Next door to that is Coco I believe is the name. I did not stay there but looked in rooms nothing special but they are chica friendly. If you do not need to be on the beach Costalunga is a good choice it has a pool and kitchen in rooms. If you are looking to cook. But to be honest great places to eat and great prices I think. But I am used to getting overcharged at the Jersey shore for everything and anything.

But beware some are not good at all. Example unless the Hamilton has been totally redone. It had mold and tiles missing in the showers of rooms I looked at and beds looked like they pulled them off the street. This was about 3 years ago. But trust me you can not go wrong with Zapata.
