  • The New Garden is full over my March dates.  My comments on the Terra Linda vs. the Casa Valeria vs. the Hotel Piero?.

Obviously I need a Chica friendly hotel.

Go to the "hotel" section of threads. We've covered this topic several times and there are some good reviews on various hotels also. Also in the discount section we have specials with Rocky's and other spots that are all chica friendly.

  • My bad for not going to the hotel section.  Rocky's isn't walking distance to Times Square ... what I call that T intersection where Classico's and Rumba is location.  I prefer something close.

  • John Rockies is like 2 1/2 mins from classicos and D-latinos bro - you are right in the middle of the action

u can crawl from "times square" to rockys or su suites big john.   lol  it is close, only one place closer, and i think it would be too loud with the music blaring all night

Thanks for this comment. I've made reservtions at BB for duration of my DR trip, but I've been thinking I should spend the last 3 or 4 days in Sousa. Rockys is a place I've been eyeing - does anyone else have a concern about noise late at night? If so - any thoughts on alternatives?

EDIT: oops reread the original post. Do you think Rockys area is far enough away from the music to get sleep when you want it?

[/quote]the only complaint i have heard about rockys is the motos moving up and down the street all night long.  other than that, music wasnt the issue

  • Rockys has several locations and also offers transportation to anywherre in sosua for his hotels that are a little away from the action.  I think you have to stay a min of three days or soto get the free transportaton around town and stuff but he will even take back to the airport for free asll if u stay 3 days with him.

Go to the Rocky section on here and check out all his places and then choose one and send him a email he will give u all the details but make sure u tell him ur a member here in order to get the discount
