Going to DR and looking for recommendations

  • New to the site not the lifestyle. I do lots of traveling for work and this is my first non work related trip. Looking to go end of March or April. Requested a quote from Rocky's and maybe BB. Any other location I should look at? It is for 10 or so days. I am open on time and duration. Looking forward to maybe meeting a few of you.

    Cheers and Happy Hunting

  • For newbies to the DR I would suggest splitting a trip between BB and Field of Dreams. From there you can venture out into sosua. I've been to the DR a dozen times and still keep pretty much between those two.

  • If youre not new to the lifestyle then I suggest Sousa or Boca Chica those are the only two places I still do in the DR.  Resorts are fine if your half dead or cant chew gum and walk at the same time

  • Where one person decides to monger is a personal choice, just because some choose the compounds does not mean they are half dead, or can't chew gun and and walk at the same time, because like CEO said, I'm nether of those either. I started in Sosua, and have now moved to the compounds, with side trips to Sosua.  It was a personal choice for me, and not one that I regret.

There is no right or wrong place to do this thing of ours.  What you eat don't make me shit.

  • I'd recommend you stay in Sosua, with a pre- or post-Sosua trip to Blackbeards (2 days).

I've heard so much about FOD's awful management that I'd stay away until they get their act together (if that's even possible in the DR).

Here's what I've done:  FOD is rarely full.  (BB is often full.)  Take a day trip over to FOD from Sosua.  It's a short ride and Sosua is kinda slow during the day.  Enjoy a low-investment afternoon and test the waters.  And go back other afternoons if you like it.   But Sosua at night is the place to be.

    Rick from Rocky's is awesome.

My first trip to DR I went to Sosua. I stayed at the apartments across from Rocky's that Rick manages. He introduced me to a couple guys that I hung around with for most of my trip.

Rick will help you out if you need anything. Great place to stay for your first trip to Sosua.

    Sosua
    300+ girls.
    Various Activities and restaurants
Speaking Spanish will be an asset
Generally safe but be viligant. Negotiate price first. Check IDs. Dont flash valuables.
Bars/Streets by yourself you'll be approached continuously. Nice to have a wingman at the bar, the girls arnt as aggressive.

    Compounds
10-15 girls per day. Cycle of 25-35 over 7 days.
    Safe
    Spanish not required
I would negotiate service, but max price is defined. Was 1600 pesos ST but reports have said raised to 1800 at BBs.
Like everywhere, pay your drinks / food at time of purchase.
    Laid back and stress free

Pattaya September 29, 2016 to February 28, 2017. Having the time of my life!!

You will be fine at any of these places.

In Sousa if you are looking for a little upgrade from Rocky's the Victorian House is very nice on the beach.

Terra Linda is also nicer, with a big pool. Both of these places are Chica friendly right in the heart of Sousa, walking distance to Rumba's and Classico's ground zero for chica action. Rumba's starts  around 6:00 pm until midnight and then everyone heads across the street to classico's a disco like bar.  On weekends there are 10 chica's for every guy, its a buyers market... Early in the week its more like a 5 to 1 ratio.

The Sousa beach is in walking distance and there 10 - 15 restaurants that you can walk too.

I suggest you try all three, they are different and then  when you book your next trip (and you will) you will know where to stay.

Myself I like staying at Casa  Linda Villa more expensive and you will need a car. However each villa has a private pool full kitchen and real nice location. I waited for my second trip before I went to Casa Linda. As you get closer to your trip like of us you will have a million questions, feel free to ask away. The guys on this site are great and will help you out.

I haven't been to Boca Chica yet, so I can help you with that location

Trust me you will have a great time

    Roamer

  • Rick is a good guy and will help if he can. Any chica friendly hotel in sosua is a safe bet though. You are sure to find a seasoned fellow monger or two more than willing to show you the ropes. I go solo on my trips and never have a problem. And always give newbie tour for free. It takes me back to my first time there when I see them with the eyes wide open and not knowing where to look next. Be smart and remember where you are and why you are there. Plenty of good girls but plenty problem girls also. Lots of great options for food and bars in Sosua. You will have a great trip no matter what you decide. You will be off from work in a tropical island with girls fighting to fuck you. What else could you ask for

Well Elbulli I am not sure whether by Ewe52's standards I am half dead and can't multitask, but like good ole Huskler, I enjoy the compounds. If nothing else check out the bikini contests at BB (4:00 p.m. every other Saturday) and at FOD (every Wednesday, start time advertised as 4;00p.m. but never starts until well after 5:00). Two quite different shows but both a lot of fun and gives you a good view of a large cross section of the available chicas. Also don't miss the jacuzzi at BB. For 500 pesos you get to test drive any chica so you can really see whats under the hood (yes, sometimes there are surprises, like suspension shot all to hell) and fool around a bit before you commit to the full investment in the room. And do check out Sosua. For me Rancho Typico i(smaller, lots of dancing chicas, really cheap food and drinks and a casual party atomsphere) is a much more fun and friendly venue than the bigger places on the main strip. Rancho Typico is on Pedro Clisante too, but a 10 minute walk (or 2 minute moto ride) east of the large clubs. Your going to have a blast kid!
