The mansion rooms are about 90-100/night and 300K TLN is about 100US.
You can find plenty of rooms around for 60/night, but would recommend the mansion for first timer
Almost no english is spoken outside the mansion, so you have to be pretty fluent in spanish to get around, also recommend going with a wingman if it is your first rip there.
Use FB and WhatsApp to find chicas, and there are casas everywhere , runs from 15 on up. Once again spanish is almost a must.

You will have to email them your reservations.  The website for the mansion can be found below which will give you a glimpse of their rooms and how much they cost.  Alexa typically manages all the reservations and she is quite good at getting back to you and answer any questions you may have in a timely manner.
