  • I was just at New Garden not to long ago, and paid $60 a night. I couldn't complain but the room looked kind of run down., but it fit it's purpose. I then walked into a place that just open up called City Lights Gentalmens Club just around the corner from the NG. And for only $40 a night you get a room that is brand new, clean, and they have girls living on the property. Ur right in the middle of everything. The owners are two retired NYPD officers and they put a lot of money in this place.

from a hotel perspective, probably valeria.  thing is, u have to keep it down, can only bring in one chica at a time.  their restaurant, very very good food

ng is kind of party central, always something going on.  starting to show some wear and tear on the place, stuff just not working as good as it should, maintenance not being what it should be

Do you have any information about how to reserve a room at City Lights in advance?

from new garden, go up calle de rosen to PC, turn left towards passions.  in one of the dilapidated blocks, same side as passions is city lights.  bright, flashy, looked good driving by. sure brightened up that block

actually, that dead stretch between the last of the bars on pc heading towards passions was showing a lot of new activity.  i guess that is a good sign. new money being invested
