i havent seen anybody announcing a trip yet but there is still plenty of time for somebody to come forward.  heck, here is a perfect chance for somebody to intro a newb to the DR and take advantage of bb's free room deal for newbies. 


if nobody from iftc is there, there will be 21+ other like minded individuals staying there and it is easy to find a wing man down at the bar which is grand central.  everything kind of starts and ends there so you seldom would be alone unless you wanted to be.

guests at blackbeards are typically friendly and helpful. i say typically as there are some russians and /or europeons were there can be a language barrier.
