wtf is wrong with this world we live in??

first they explode a couple bombs at the boston marathon finish line when the most people would be finishing, now there was a bomb that went off at the jfk library not too far away.

wtf??

now they are going to have to register all the bombs, do background checks on bombers,..........

this world is nuts

Ya its a fucked up world - we need to say a prayer for all those victims and we wish them well. I know we have a lot of Boston Members here so i hope all is well with them as well!!

yep, u got it sirrocco, cowards. i am not sure what can be done to turn this back around, but...if they catch whoever is responsible, letting a trial drag out for two years and longer with all the appeal bs, and then just a life sentence... not gonna cut it

It's nuts Ralphie. I have lunch once a week with my 7 year old at her school. I worry that any idiot can come charging thru the cafeteria doors and start blasting away. There's nothing to stop them.

Sadly these shootings and bombings are getting worse in this Country.

Very heart breaking especially for the Richards. The little boy (Martin) and his sister (Jane) both went to nursery school with my grand daughter in Ashmount. Dorchester is a very close knit community. Jane and my grand daughter are good friends because they were both born on the same day and play together all the time. Needless to say my grand daughter and the whole community is very upset. Really don't know what can be done to prevent these things from happening.

this all seems to be coming to a conclusion, sure seems a waste though that they just didnt plug the second guy instead of wasting the time and money trying to save the second guys life, not to mention the cost of his trial and incarcerating him

i would be curious to know what kind of ammo the boys in blue were using. sounds like they shot those brothers up pretty good, ie. quite a fewf times, without them dieing.

sad part of it, those that died and /or were maimed, due to those boys total disregard and respect for life. heck, the one brother even took his other brothers life when he ran over him trying to save his own neck. they dont deserve to live

i understand that. they didnt even read him his miranda rights yet for that very purpose, however, they just need to nuke him.

I myself watched too much of this on TV yesterday when the 19 year old suspect was apprehended. Today, every Tom Dick an Harry gives their opinion without a clue of case evidence.

Tabloid news at its finest.

The media is clouding the minds of sensible people that would like to hear facts.

I myself watched too much of this on TV yesterday when the 19 year old suspect was apprehended. Today, every Tom Dick an Harry gives their opinion without a clue of case evidence.

Tabloid news at its finest.

The media is clouding the minds of sensible people that would like to hear facts.

sadly, we no longer get the news as it turly happened. we are fed what opinion the particular network wants to push at us.

the day of who, what , when , where, why and how no longer applys. now the newscaster wants to interject their opinion into it and also the networks politics as well. it really does screw up the news and one really has to be able to sift thru what u hear to come up with what really happened

i got up this morning and turned on the news, sat down with my coffee, newspaper and laptop. that was prox 2 1/2 hours ago. i have the news on, kind of background white noise if u would but am kind of paying attetion

that all said, so far the only thing they have reported on is the bostton bombing in about every form u could imaging from replaying the blast, showing the wounded, the hunt, capture and then it goes to guessing and surmising about every imaginable angle as to why. oh yea, they did maybe 30 seconds on the fertilizer plant in texas.

now they moved to a segment about a mosque built under the guise of a community center , followed by a catholic priest now.

the commercials are actually a respite

did the news stop happening? certainly there are other things that happened overnite that our wonderful newscasters could inform us about

time to move on.
