  • What a shame such a great voice and she let bobby brown fuck her life up

Whitney Houston is dead at 48 years old.

The superstar singer and actress's publicist, Kristin Foster, broke the news of Houston's passing to the AP. She was found and pronounced dead at the Beverly Hills Hilton on Saturday afternoon; thus far, no cause of death has been revealed. In recent years, she struggled with drug abuse.

Her self-titled debut album, released in 1985, sold 25 million copies worldwide. In total, she released seven albums and three film soundtracks; a winner of six Grammys, Houston sold over 200 million albums and singles worldwide. She earned 30 Billboard Awards, 22 American Music Awards and two Emmy Awards

  • I still remember her as a young, fragile girl performing at the most famous Dutch talkshow back then. Hardly anyone in Holland knew her, but after her performance everyone was like: WOW!

    R.I.P. Ms Houston.

  • Watched the Grammys and they did a nice tribute to her.  I'll never forget how hot she was and how she sang in the movie The Bodyguard. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login

  • One of the best memories I ever had was crossing thru LaJolla on my way to Mexico and hearing Whitney sing the Star Spangle Banner on the radio on the fourth of July 1989, months later after the event.. Not ashamed that age 29 I had tears in my eyes. I knew she lipped sink her role at the Superbowl . Still my tears were real.

Parked my rental car in Tijuana, went to Chicago Club, had a few beers and fucked my first Mexican whore. Thanks Whitney for giving me the courage. True story.

Actually. This is the best way.. Can you Imagine what it is like to watch some one you love die slowly over months on end. I cant Imagine it.
I have done it. You get to the point where if the Phone rings you hope it is the call that the suffering is over.
Good times and riches and Son of a Bitches, Ive seen more then I can recall.

  • I have had loved ones die both suddenly as well as over time.
    Both ways SUCK!.
When it is sudden you are left with the feeling of not having closure because you did not get the chance to say goodbye.
When it is over time, the struggle is that you initially start with the realization that they are not going to be with you much longer and at the end you don't want them to suffer anymore.
Death is part of life and we all have to face it at some point in our lives and we have to move forward.
But it is still emotional and it still sucks!
