    • Trip Advisor is getting criticized, and rightly so, for a bogus ratings system.  In fact, the Hotels.com TV commercials say their reviews are only from people who've actually stayed at the hotel ... meaning I could go on Trip Advisor and rate hotels I've never stayed at, since a kept reservation isn't required to rate - as Hotels.com requires (like OpenTable.com too).

    So I take Trip Advisor ratings with a BIG grain of salt.  (Now that I think of it, the new management at New Garden has been called out for fake reviews on Trip Advisor.)

    • congrats rick, keep up the good work.  nothing better than consistency,  something one can count on.  that is something we dont see much of in the DR.

    good job, kudos to your crew too.  it starts at the top but those in the trenches have to understand the concept as well.
