I have a hotel room reserved, but I'd prefer to find a one-bedroom apartment rental recommended by a fellow gringo on IFTC.

Would enjoy a pool; hot tub preferred. Chica friendly (one at a time) and Wi-Fi a must. Just for discussion purposes, price is not a concern. Something walkable to the strip.

we have 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and executive suite apartments. Many members have been here including CEO. We have a large pool (only one I know of with a deep end), jacuzzi, each apartment has a full kitchen, dish network satellite TV with NY channels, and much more. We have a security gate and guard. Guests are welcomed as long as they have their cedula (ID card).

We are a 2 min ride, or a 12 min walk to either the strip or the beach. And...... prices are reasonable......

Mary Rose is nice and quiet. Store across the street. Rocky's delivers. I've stayed there before.

They even have girls that live right across the street u can have if i remember correctly. The only thing is its a long 12 min walk that is the only downside. Other than that its a nice place

I usually stay at the Victorian House. Is the Mary Rose an equal or further walk in the opposite direction? ANY MORE RECOMMENDATIONS.

VH is a 2 min walk and Mary rose is a 10 to 15 min walk. It is in the opposite direction of the VH. If you like to get a way from the noise of the motochron's running all the time then Mary Rose is much nicer. I would say the rooms at VH are nicer with a view of Sosua beach. I think you will save some money at the Mary Rose.
It all depends what you are looking for, being near the action, nice beach and pool the VH. If you looking for a studio with a little less noise and a little less expensive try Mary Rose. You can go wrong at either place and both are chica friendly

yes and if I am saying this correctly I believe Mary Rose is now going to offer Iftc members a ten percent discount along with a ride to and from the airport
